The Early Intervention Program and Development

As a Pediatric Developmental Therapist, Ehrica Dorsey has made it her mission to help parents become their child’s developmental experts. She discusses what a developmental therapist is and the 5 different domains they look at when testing a child, what the Early Intervention Program is (birth-3), what parents can do if they think their child might not be developing appropriately and are between the ages of birth-3, and some fun activities that families can do with their children to help with some of those academic readiness skills (matching colors, shapes, fine motor activities, etc).
